Mistra Urban Futures vill – liksom Chalmers och Göteborgs universitet – framhålla att delegationens förslag om en Agenda 2030-kommitté beskrivs utan att tydligt peka på högskolornas och universitetens roll(er) i kommitténs arbete.

Mistra Urban Futures ombildas och byter namn till Urban Futures. Forsknings- och kunskapcentrumet Mistra Urban Futures har under ett decennium arbetat för hållbar stadsutveckling, med bland andra Chalmers och Göteborgs universitet som partner. Forskningsstiftelsen Mistra upphörde vid årsskiftet sin tioåriga finansiering av verksamheten.
